What happens during the process?

Order & Data Collection
When you order, we will ask you to complete a form. This will ask you some details about your academic achievements, life experiences and targeted courses. If you have already started drafting a statement, you can attach it here.
Initial Review Call
We will contact you to schedule a 30 minute review call. We use this time to ask some questions and to better understand how we ensure we deliver the statement you want!
Statement Delivery
After the call, we get to work on your statement and deliver this to you within 5 days. You will have the chance to provide feedback and we will produce a revised statement if required.

That is why on ordering, we ask you to complete a form outlining your interests and abilities. We also have the 30 minute review call in order to understand your background better, so that we can deliver the best personal statement.

Before we start work on the statement, we ask clients to make payment for their order.
However we are very confident in our services so you have the right to change your mind on ordering right up until AFTER the review call with our staff.
We ask you to confirm the order after the call. If you change your mind at that point, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.
In our standard packages, statements are ready for review 5 working days after your review call.
We do offer express packages. If you need your statement in a shorter turnaround, we can facilitate that BUT you should be aware, there will be an extra charge.
Yes, you will have the chance to review and provide feedback on your statement on receipt.
