With schools resuming, we have seen a significant increase in requests for our services. At the moment we have no availability to support new candidates.
As we operate a bespoke service for each candidates with our small team, we book out early. However we are always here to help and we try to put together a list of 3-5 useful sources for candidates.

Jesus College: How to write a Killer Personal Statement
This 40 minute video is well worth your time, even if you are not considering applying to an Oxford College. Dr Matt Williams talks in depth not just how to structure your overall statement, but also reflects on how to constuct elements of the statements and how to convey your interest in subject.
We particularly like the example of a “Example of Poor Personal Statement” which is listed at the bottom of the page. This points out some of the common traps that a student may fall into, particularly if they have a strong preference for one institution. We also like their advice for how to write a personal statement for a combined/joint honours degree.
Considering Economics as a degree course for UCAS? This site has some great resources, which are wider than just sample personal statements. We recommend the idea of a reading list, as top universities are interested in what students are reading outside of their core curriculum.
